Private workspace signup

Create auth, then route access through owner approval.

The signup page creates the account, records a pending access request, and keeps the private control plane locked until an approval decision is filed.

1AccountEmail/password auth account is created.
2ApprovalRequest enters the owner approval queue.
3SecurityApproved users complete MFA before workspace use.
Already approved? Sign in to operator access.

Create account and request approval

This creates the auth account now, then routes the workspace through owner approval. Private access remains locked until approval is recorded.

After approval, use Security settings to enroll authenticator-app MFA. SMS, voice, passkey, and recovery-code paths are already exposed in the security flow.
